REQUIRED - ELECTRICIANS

Key Responsibilities

• Technical Interpretation: Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams to plan wiring layouts.

• Maintenance: Perform preventative maintenance on machinery, generators, and electronic components.

• Installation & Repair: Install, maintain, and upgrade electrical panels, wiring, lighting, and conduit systems.
• Troubleshooting: Diagnose malfunctions in electrical systems, transformers, circuit breakers, and motors using testing devices (e.g., ohmmeters, voltmeters).
• Compliance & Safety:

   Ensure all work meets local, state, and national electrical codes (e.g., NEC) to prevent hazards

Requirements & Skills

• Education: High school diploma or GED, plus completion of an electrician apprenticeship program and/or a technical degree.
• Licensure: Valid state electrician license (Journeyman or Master license).
• Skills: Strong knowledge of electrical theory, excellent troubleshooting skills, and proficiency with hand/power tools.
• Physical Stamina: Ability to lift heavy equipment (50+ lbs), work at heights, and work in cramped spaces. 

Typical Work Environment
Electricians often work full-time, which may include evenings, weekends, and overtime to meet construction deadlines. The job can be physically demanding and requires working in various environments, including new construction, existing homes, or industrial factories
