REQUIRED- CARPENTER

Key Responsibilities

• Material Handling: Cut, shape, and smooth wood, plastic, fiberglass, and drywall.

• Maintenance & Repair: Repair or replace damaged wooden structures and fixtures.

• Safety & Compliance: Operate tools safely (saws, drills, levels) and ensure work complies with building codes. 

• Structural Work: Build and install frameworks, including walls, floors, roofs, and scaffolding.
• Finishing & Installation: Install cabinets, furniture, doors, windows, and trim.
• Technical Planning: Read and interpret blueprints, sketches, and technical drawings to calculate dimensions

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Technical Knowledge: Proficiency with hand/power tools and understanding of carpentry techniques.
• Mathematical Skills: Strong ability to measure, calculate, and work with dimensions.
• Physical Ability: Stamina to stand for long periods, work at heights, and lift heavy materials.
• Attention to Detail: High accuracy in measurements and installation.
