• Sales Target Achievement: Driving, meeting, and exceeding assigned daily, weekly, or monthly sales targets.
• Customer Engagement & Demonstration: Actively engaging customers, explaining product features, advantages, and benefits (FAB), and providing product demonstrations.
• Product Visibility & Merchandising: Ensuring maximum brand visibility by managing shelf space, implementing planograms, maintaining cleanliness, and setting up promotional displays.
• Inventory & Stock Management: Monitoring stock levels, ensuring product availability, replenishing stock from the backroom, and managing expiry dates (FIFO/FEFO).
• Market Intelligence & Reporting: Collecting customer feedback, monitoring competitor activities, and submitting daily sales reports.
• Brand Advocacy & Customer Service: Acting as the face of the brand to build trust, provide excellent service, and enhance the overall customer experience.
