We are a growing recruitment firm managing large-scale hiring mandates for leading manufacturing and semiconductor companies in Ahmedabad. We are looking for a sharp, hands-on Internal Recruiter who understands blue-collar and shop-floor hiring — someone who knows how to source ITI pass-outs, Diploma holders, and graduates for factory and production roles, and can manage the full cycle from sourcing to offer.

• Joining :Immediate or within 30 days

Production Operator : 

• Operate and man multiple machines, ensuring accurate logging and adherence to process specifications.
• Monitor equipment performance and promptly report any discrepancies.
• Ensure product and process quality while maintaining 6S and a safe working environment.
• Use computer-based applications for daily tasks and provide machine coverage during breaks.
• Complete required certifications, training, and follow pass‑down communication accurately.
• Suggest improvements for quality, safety, and overall performance.
• Follow safety protocols, report hazards, and maintain ergonomic working practices.
• Work in 12‑hour rotational shifts (day/night).
• Qualification: Diploma holder / ITI
