1. Team Management
    Supervise and coordinate daily work of workers/operators
    Assign tasks and ensure proper manpower utilization
   Train new employees and guide team members

2. Production / Work Monitoring
  Ensure daily targets are achieved
   Monitor workflow and productivity
   Resolve operational issues quickly

3. Quality Control
    Ensure work meets company quality standards
    Inspect finished products or output
   Reduce errors, defects, and rework

4. Reporting & Documentation
    Maintain daily production/work reports
   Report performance, issues, and delays to management
   Keep records of attendance and output

5. Safety & Discipline
Ensure all workers follow safety rules
Maintain discipline and proper behavior on the floor
Handle minor conflicts among workers

6. Coordination
Coordinate with other departments (maintenance, quality, dispatch)
Ensure smooth workflow between teams
