ITI Wireman Job Description

1 Mounting and wiring control panel

2 Understanding of Electrical drawing of power/control panel.

3 Knowledge of PLC,VFD,HMI,MCCB,MCB, Encoder ,contactors, relays, OLR and other electrical and electronics copmponents Mounting and wiring.

4 Mounting of components as per drawing and BOM.

5 Understanding of consumable hardware like bolt, screw, nut, washer, control lugs, power lugs, control tb ….etc

6 Understanding rating of cabling and wiring as per drawing.

7 Understanding of wiring process like crimping, lugging, ferruling, inserting of panel as per drawing.

8 Should be able to mounting and wiring of panel individually as per drawing.

9 Team player,self starter and 01-04 years manufacturing working experience of control panels
