About the Role:

We are looking for a Project Manager with minimum 8 years to 10 years of experience in IT services, with at least 3+ years in a Delivery Manager role.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in managing P&C Insurance projects and delivering technology solutions within the insurance domain.
  • Experience leading Agile Scrum teams, including managing sprints, backlog, and stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated success in managing teams in an offshore-onshore model, with a focus on an Offshore Development Center (ODC) approach.
  • Strong technical background in Java or .NET platforms, with the ability to understand technical issues and guide development teams.
  • Strong people management skills, with experience in mentoring, motivating, and leading diverse teams.
  • Solid understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban), including tools like Jira and Confluence.
  • Proficient in project management tools and techniques to track progress, budgets, risks, and deliverables.
  • Ability to navigate cross-cultural environments, working with both offshore and onshore teams.

Education & Certifications

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred).
  • Scrum Master or other relevant Agile certifications (e.g., PMI-ACP) are a plus.
  • Additional certifications in Project Management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) are desirable.
