Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Trainer based in Mumbai. The Sales Trainer will be responsible for designing and delivering comprehensive sales training programs to enhance the skills and performance of the sales team. Responsibilities include developing training materials, conducting workshops, coaching team members, fostering strong communication skills, and supporting continued professional development. The Sales Trainer will also collaborate with management to assess training needs and ensure alignment with company goals.

• Strong Presentation Skills and proven experience in conducting Sales Trainings
• Expertise in Training & Development with the ability to create effective training programs
• Excellent Communication skills to foster team engagement and effective delivery of content
• Customer Service aptitude to understand and address client-focused sales strategies
• Proven ability to motivate and coach sales professionals for higher performance
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred
• 4-5 Years of experience in the retail, POS, or technology industry is a plus
