We are looking for an experienced Tele sales Executive with an international BPO background to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a strong sales attitude. You will be responsible for generating leads, closing sales, and maintaining customer relationships to achieve sales targets.
Position Details:
• Job Title : Tele Sales Representative ( we are looking for B-B and B-C )
Key Responsibilities :
- Make outbound calls to potential international customers to promote and sell company products/services.
- Assign leads to existing Channel partners and execute it till closures.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns or other channels.
- Handle customer queries professionally and provide appropriate information.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions and sales in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the team to optimize sales scripts and conversion strategies.
- Maintain a high level of product and industry knowledge to effectively handle objections and close deals.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and international sales regulations.
Required Skills and Qualifications :
Minimum 3 – 5 years of telesales or Channel partner sales or outbound sales experience in an international BPO environment.
Preferred Qualifications :
Graduation / Graduation (MBA Marketing ) and above
Compensation :
Fixed salary + performance - based incentives. Additional benefits as per company policy.
