Multiple Roles in Indian Boxing 

The Boxing Federation of India is inviting applications for several support staff and management roles to work with national-level boxing programs and elite athletes.

These positions will support National Coaching Camps and elite boxer development programs across India.

Open Positions

4️⃣ Video Analyst • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
* Minimum 5 years experience in sports performance analysis
* Knowledge of biomechanics, performance data, and video analysis tools
* Experience in boxing or combat sports preferred

Duties - 

• Record and analyze training sessions and competitions to evaluate athlete performance 

• Use video analysis software such as Dartfish, Hudl, and Nacsport to break down technical and tactical performance

• Study athletes’ movement patterns, techniques, and strategies to identify strengths and areas for improvement

• Provide detailed performance reports and video feedback to coaches and athletes

• Assist coaches in planning training strategies based on match and performance analysis

• Analyze opponents’ techniques, tactics, and competition footage to help prepare game strategies

• Maintain and organize a database of match videos, training recordings, and performance data

• Work with coaches, strength & conditioning staff, and sports scientists to improve athlete performance through data insights

• Support biomechanical analysis by reviewing movement efficiency and technical execution in training and competition
