Multiple Roles in Indian Boxing 

The Boxing Federation of India is inviting applications for several support staff and management roles to work with national-level boxing programs and elite athletes.

These positions will support National Coaching Camps and elite boxer development programs across India.

Open Positions

7️⃣ Development Manager • Bachelor’s degree + Sports Management qualification preferred
* Experience in sports analytics, planning, and program development
* Involved in national camps, athlete monitoring, and sports development initiatives

Duties -

• Plan and implement sports development programs to improve athlete performance and grassroots participation 📈

• Monitor athlete progress, training data, and performance metrics in coordination with coaches and support staff

• Develop long-term strategies for talent identification, athlete development, and high-performance programs

• Coordinate national training camps, development initiatives, and sports events

• Analyze performance data and provide insights to improve training methods and athlete outcomes

• Work closely with coaches, sports scientists, and federation officials to implement development plans

• Prepare reports, proposals, and strategic plans for sports development activities

• Support the implementation of sports policies, talent pathways, and athlete monitoring systems

• Assist in managing partnerships, funding proposals, and development projects within the sports organization
