Job Role and Responsible

Key Responsibilities

• Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve complex network connectivity issues and failures.
• Hardware/Software Management: Install, configure, and maintain networking equipment like routers, switches, and voice systems (VoIP).
• Security & Compliance: Ensure network safety, adhering to industry standards and security protocols.
• Documentation: Maintain detailed records of network configurations, layouts, and performance reports. 

• System Design & Implementation: Design, deploy, and upgrade telecommunications networks (LAN, WAN, wireless, fiber optic).
• Performance Monitoring: Monitor network performance (speed, bandwidth, traffic) to ensure reliability
