A Graduate Engineer Trainee in Civil Engineering is an entry-level role designed for fresh graduates to gain hands-on experience in concrete sleeper industry, ensure the Quality, process , inspection to the production. 

• Ensure all materials meet required quality standards and specifications.

• Verify construction work follows approved drawings and codes.

• Conduct and monitor material and field tests regularly.

• Inspect workmanship for accuracy, alignment, and finishing.

• Identify defects and ensure timely corrective actions.

• Maintain proper quality inspection records and reports.

• Ensure compliance with IS codes and project specifications.

• Perform stage-wise inspections before, during, and after construction.

• Coordinate with contractors and engineers to maintain quality.
