  • Handle day-to-day logistics and warehouse operations

  • Monitor shipment flow (inbound & outbound)

  • Coordinate with delivery executives and team leaders

  • Ensure timely dispatch and delivery of shipments

  • Maintain records of shipments, inventory, and operations

  • Track order status and resolve operational issues

  • Ensure proper scanning, sorting, and packaging of parcels

  • Follow company SOPs and safety guidelines
