• Handle a team of delivery executives, pickers, and packers

• Ensure smooth inbound and outbound shipment processes

• Monitor attendance, productivity, and performance of team members

• Allocate tasks and manage shift operations effectively

• Maintain discipline and resolve team-level issues

• Coordinate with operations managers and other departments

• Ensure adherence to company policies, safety, and quality standards

• Track daily targets (dispatch, delivery, sorting) and ensure achievement

• Prepare basic reports (MIS, productivity, attendance)
