Job Responsibilities:

• Machine Operation and Setup: 
• Set up and operate various production machines according to procedures and blueprints. 
• Perform pre-operational checks to ensure machines are functioning correctly and safely. 
• Adjust machine settings and parameters to optimize production output and quality. 
• Identify and troubleshoot minor machine malfunctions, following established procedures. 
• Quality Control: 
• Conduct thorough inspections of products at designated points in the production process. 
• Identify and remove defective products from the line, maintaining accurate quality control records. 
• Report any quality control concerns or trends to the supervisor for further investigation. 
• Material Handling: 
• Load and unload raw materials and finished products from machines efficiently. 
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety regulations. 
• Assist with housekeeping duties to ensure a safe and productive work environment. 
• Production Support: 
• Monitor production flow and report any potential issues that could cause delays. 
• Maintain accurate production logs and documentation. 
• Assist other team members as needed to achieve production goals. 
• Learn and potentially operate additional production equipment for increased versatility.
