Key Responsibility:-

• Installation & Commissioning: Install, configure, and calibrate new diagnostic machinery (IVD equipment, analyzers) at client sites according to manufacturer specifications.
• Preventive Maintenance (PM): Perform scheduled routine maintenance to prevent breakdowns and ensure optimal equipment performance.
• Troubleshooting & Repairs: Diagnose mechanical, electrical, or software issues in diagnostic equipment and carry out repairs efficiently.
• Technical Support & Training: Provide technical guidance to lab technicians on proper equipment operation and troubleshooting techniques.
• Customer Satisfaction & Service Level Agreements (SLAs): Respond to service calls promptly, reducing equipment downtime, and ensuring adherence to SLA timelines.
• Documentation & Reporting: Maintain detailed records of service activities, repairs performed, and parts used (service logs).
• Spare Parts Management: Manage inventory of service kits and spare parts, ensuring necessary components are available for repairs.
