Job Role: Assembly Line Operator
Roles and responsibility:
Product assembly: Assembly operators combine parts and components to create finished goods. They follow specific instructions and guidelines to ensure the assembled products meet the required quality standards.
Quality control: To ensure product quality, assembly operators inspect the components and final products. Typically, they identify and report any defects to ensure only products that meet the required specifications move on to the next production stage.
Machine operation: They also operate the machinery and equipment in the assembly process. They ensure the machines are operating efficiently, perform basic maintenance tasks and resolve issues as they arise.
Material and component management: Their duties include moving materials and components between workstations. This involves safely handling raw and waste materials and finished products to maintain a tidy and organised workspace.
Record-keeping: Accurate record-keeping is essential in a manufacturing environment. Assembly operators document information, such as production quantities, material usage and any defects they may have encountered during the assembly process.
We are looking to recruit candidates with the following qualifications:
- 12th Pass
- Diploma
- ITI (Any Trade)
Stipend: ₹13,300 per month
