Job Title: Caregiver / Home Healthcare Assistant
Location: Hyderabad
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹22,000 per month (depending on experience and case requirements)
Working Hours: 12 hours / 24 hours (shift-based, depending on patient needs)
Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
- Assist patients with daily living activities such as bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and feeding
- Maintain hygiene and cleanliness of the patient and their surroundings
- Support patient mobility including walking assistance and transfers (bed to chair/wheelchair)
- Monitor patient health conditions and report any changes to family members or supervisors
- Follow safety protocols and infection control practices
- Provide emotional support and companionship to patients
- Assist with basic household tasks related to patient care
- Maintain daily care records and reports
Qualifications & Skills
Education:
- Minimum 10th Pass
- Certification in GDA / Caregiving preferred
Skills Required:
- Compassionate and patient-focused attitude
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of hygiene, first aid, and elderly care
- Ability to handle physically demanding tasks
- Willingness to work in flexible shifts
