Troubleshooting & Maintenance: Identify root causes of production delays or equipment failures and implement immediate corrective actions.
Continuous Improvement: Lead Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma initiatives to reduce waste (scrap) and improve product yield.
Tooling & Equipment: Design or source specialized fixtures, jigs, and automated systems to assist assembly and ensure consistency.
