Description:

A Production Panel Quality Engineer ensures the quality of electrical panels during the manufacturing process, adhering to standards and specifications, and identifying and resolving defects. They are responsible for overseeing all aspects of quality control, from material inspection to finished product testing, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Quality Control:

  Implement and maintain quality control systems and procedures to ensure products meet specifications. 

   

• Inspection and Testing:

  Conduct inspections of raw materials, components, and finished panels to identify defects and ensure compliance with standards. 

   

• Documentation:

  Maintain records of inspections, tests, and corrective actions. 

   

• Problem Solving:

  Identify and analyze quality issues, determine root causes, and recommend and implement corrective and preventative actions. 

   

• Data Analysis:

  Collect and analyze data to track quality trends and identify areas for improvement.
