Key Job Roles and Responsibilities:

• Equipment Operation: Operating mining machinery such as trucks, dozers, and excavators, or learning to operate them under supervision.
• Maintenance & Technical Roles: Assisting heavy equipment technicians in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining machinery; or acting as trainee welders/electricians to support site infrastructure.
• Safety and Compliance: Learning and adhering to strict mining safety regulations, attending training, and working as a Mining Mate to ensure safe operational procedures.
• Practical Skill Development: Participating in basic training (theory) and on-the-job training (fieldwork) to master skills related to underground or surface mining operations.
