Key Job Roles and Responsibilities:

• Operational Assistance: Assisting with the daily operations of mine production, including operating or observing the operation of heavy mining machinery like drills, loaders, and excavators.
• Technical Support & Surveying: Conducting, or assisting in, surveys to measure mine progress, map underground or surface areas, and calculate material volumes using tools like total stations, GPS, or drones.
• Maintenance & Inspection: Performing routine inspections and preventative maintenance of equipment to ensure safety and prevent malfunctions.
• Safety Compliance: Adhering strictly to DGMS (Directorate General of Mines Safety) regulations, participating in safety meetings, and using PPE (Personal Protective Equipment).
• Data Recording: Documenting daily production, safety, and survey data to help in reporting.
