Job Description: Field Executive / Medical Representative

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Field Executive / Medical Representative to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for building strong relationships with doctors, promoting products, and achieving sales targets through effective fieldwork and planning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Meet doctors on a daily basis to promote company products, collect feedback, and maintain strong professional relationships.
• Plan and prepare for each visit to ensure effective communication and maximum productivity.
• Follow structured 8-hour working schedules, including field visits, follow-ups, and reporting tasks.
• Work according to assigned HQ, Ex-HQ, and night halt plans.
• Ensure 2–3 productive doctor calls daily to generate business opportunities.
• Focus on achieving monthly sales targets and business growth.
• Maintain minimum 4TR performance standards for appraisal and career advancement.
