Opening for Interns (Sports) – Delhi 

For a Women’s-only Kabaddi tournament, team is  looking for Interns/Volunteers
Location: Delhi (Delhi-based preferred)
This is a paid internship (stipend based on experience and task work)
Open to college students, freshers, or anyone curious about stepping into the sports ecosystem

If you love sports, understand social media, and enjoy building something from scratch, this might be for you.

What You’ll Work On:

• Assist in event setup including mat arrangement, registration desk, signage, and equipment readiness
• Manage player registration, check-ins, and coordinate team schedules
• Support match operations such as maintaining score sheets, timekeeping, and assisting referees
• Coordinate with teams, officials, and staff to ensure smooth flow of matches
• Handle crowd management and guide participants/spectators at the venue
• Assist in logistics like water distribution, kits, and basic player requirements
• Capture photos/videos and support social media updates during the event
• Help in announcements, mic handling, and coordination with the event host
• Ensure discipline, safety, and adherence to event guidelines
• Support in post-event tasks like result compilation, certificate distribution, and venue wrap-up

We’re Looking For Someone Who:
* Is creative and detail-oriented
* Can deliver quick turnarounds (tournaments move FAST)
* Is flexible and available on-ground during event days
* Understands current digital culture and audience behaviour
* Understands Delhi — its crowd pull, culture, language, slang, and vibe
* Thinks bold, loud, and out-of-the-box.
* Has interest in sports (bonus if you understand Kabaddi)
* Is comfortable in a dynamic, startup-style environment
