Female Badminton Coach (Part-Time) – Gurgaon

Looking for a female badminton coach for a part-time role in Gurgaon.

📍 Location: Gurgaon

Duties - 

• Plan and conduct structured badminton training sessions (beginner to advanced levels)
• Teach and refine techniques such as grip, footwork, serves, smashes, drops, and net play
• Develop individualized training programs based on player skill level and goals
• Monitor player performance and provide regular feedback for improvement
• Prepare players for tournaments, including strategy, match practice, and mental readiness
• Ensure proper warm-up, conditioning, and injury prevention practices
• Maintain discipline, motivation, and a positive training environment
• Organize practice matches and simulate real-game situations
• Track attendance, performance records, and player progress
• Coordinate with parents (for juniors) and management regarding development and schedules
