Job Summary:

The Fabrication Basement Worker supports day-to-day fabrication activities including cutting, grinding, fitting, and assembly of metal structures. This role is essential for ensuring smooth workflow in the production area and assisting senior fabricators.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist in fabrication, fitting, and assembly work as instructed
Operate basic tools such as grinders, cutting machines, and drills
Prepare raw materials and components for fabrication
Perform cleaning, deburring, and finishing of metal parts
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area
Follow instructions from supervisors and senior team members
Ensure proper handling of tools and materials
Support in loading/unloading materials within the workshop
Requirements:
Basic knowledge of fabrication and workshop tools
Physically fit and able to handle manual work
Willingness to learn and grow in fabrication field
Ability to follow instructions and work in a team
