Job Summary:

The Assembly & Packing Operator is responsible for assembling finished components and packaging them securely for dispatch. This role ensures that products meet quality standards before reaching customers.

Key Responsibilities:
Assemble components as per instructions and drawings
Perform quality checks before packing
Pack finished goods using proper materials to avoid damage
Label products correctly with required details
Maintain records of dispatched and packed items
Ensure cleanliness and organization of packing area
Coordinate with warehouse and dispatch teams
Follow safety and handling procedures
Requirements:
Basic knowledge of assembly processes
Attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work in a team environment
Good organizational skills
