Attendence allowance- 2000
OT – 75 RS per hours
Per day OT 4 hours
Leave Policy (As per company norms)

Core Job Responsibilities
1. On-the-Job Training: Participate in hands-on training sessions and workshops to learn specific skills or crafts.
2. Operational Assistance: Assist senior staff with daily operational tasks, maintenance, and repairs.
3. Process Adherence: Follow safety regulations, protocols, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
4. Documentation: Maintain accurate documentation, reports, and records of work performed.
5. Team Support: Collaborate with various departments to achieve company productivity goals.
