Key Responsibilities and Duties
- Production Assistance: Support production team members in daily manufacturing operations and assembly line activities.
- Machine Operation: Operate, clean, and maintain production equipment/machinery under the guidance of senior staff.
- Quality Control: Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of production, including tracking quantities produced, materials used, and reporting defective products.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to company safety procedures, use personal protective equipment (PPE), and maintain a clean, organized work area (5S).
