Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Container Driver responsible for the safe and timely transportation of shrimp and seafood products in refrigerated containers. The role is critical in maintaining product quality through proper handling and temperature control during transit.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate container trucks / trailers for transporting shrimp and seafood products.
• Ensure timely pickup and delivery between processing plants, cold storage units, farms, and ports.
• Monitor and maintain reefer (refrigerated container) temperature settings during transit.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
• Ensure proper loading, unloading, and securing of cargo.
• Follow all road safety regulations and transport compliance norms.
• Maintain trip logs, delivery documents, and fuel records.
• Coordinate with logistics, warehouse, and dispatch teams.
• Report any vehicle issues, delays, or accidents immediately.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Valid Heavy Motor Vehicle (HMV) driving license.
• Proven experience in container or refrigerated truck driving.
• Knowledge of reefer container operations (preferred).
• Familiarity with long-distance and port-based transportation.
• Basic understanding of vehicle maintenance.
• Good knowledge of routes and highway safety practices.
