Job Description – Recruitment Manager (Apprenticeship – NAPS/NATS)
Key Responsibilities:
· Lead end-to-end recruitment for NAPS/NATS apprentices across multiple client companies.
· Understand client manpower requirements and design sourcing strategies accordingly.
· Coordinate with HR and training departments of client organizations for apprentice deployment.
· Screen, shortlist, and schedule interviews for eligible candidates.
· Maintain database of candidates, institutions, and placement records.
· Handle documentation and compliance as per NAPS/NATS norms (portal entries, agreements, etc.).
· Ensure smooth onboarding, joining formalities, and handholding of apprentices.
· Liaise with government officials, Regional Directorates, and Sector Skill Councils as required.
· Prepare recruitment reports, monthly MIS, and feedback summaries.
· Manage and guide a small team of recruiters or coordinators.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in HR, Management, or related field (MBA HR preferred).
· 0.6–2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in skill development or apprenticeship domain.
· Strong knowledge of NAPS/NATS process, TPA documentation, and compliance norms.
· Excellent communication and coordination skills.
· Ability to work under targets and handle multiple client requirements simultaneously.
· Proficiency in MS Office and online recruitment tools/portals.
