Role Objective: The HVAC Project Engineer is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing HVAC projects across Tamil Nadu and other southern states. The role ensures smooth site execution, effecyive stakeholder coordination, and timely completion of projects while maintaining quality, safety, and compliance with technical standards.

Job Description:  Oversee the end-to-end execution of HVAC projects (High side & Low side) at multiple project sites.
 Supervise day-to-day site activities, ensuring installation is carried out as per approved drawings, technical specifications, and safety standards.
 Coordinate with clients, architects, consultants, and civil contractors to ensure project timelines and site readiness.
 Monitor project schedules and ensure timely completion of milestones.
 Maintain site documentation including Joint Measurement Sheets (JMS), Daily Progress Reports (DPR), and material reconciliation.
 Prepare and submit client billing documents based on completed work and measurements.
 Conduct quality inspections of HVAC installations such as Chillers, VRF systems, AHUs, ducting, and piping.
 Ensure compliance with ISHRAE / ASHRAE standards and company quality guidelines.
 Manage and supervise site labor, technicians, and subcontractors to ensure efficient execuƟon.
 Assist in testing and commissioning (T&C) of HVAC systems and support project handover to the client.
 Identify and resolve site-level technical issues to avoid project delays.
 Provide regular updates and progress reports to project management
