Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts & Finance Executive with 5–10 years of experience in managing accounting operations, taxation, and compliance. The candidate should have strong knowledge of financial reporting, audits, and statutory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle finalization of accounts including Balance Sheet and P&L
• Assist in internal and external audits
• Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and other statutory regulations
• Prepare and maintain MIS reports for management review
• Manage banking activities including reconciliations and transactions
• Ensure adherence to statutory compliances and documentation
• Support in budget preparation and financial planning
• Maintain books of accounts and day-to-day accounting activities
• Coordinate with auditors and consultants

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
• Experience in GST, TDS, and compliance
• Familiarity with final accounts and audit processes
• Proficiency in MIS reporting and financial analysis
• Basic understanding of banking and cash flow management
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
