Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Manager with 10–15 years of experience in driving business growth, managing teams, and expanding market presence. The candidate should have strong communication skills, expertise in dealer network management, and the ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve business targets
  • Build and manage a strong dealer/distributor network
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to drive performance
  • Identify new market opportunities and expand customer base
  • Prepare and monitor sales MIS reports and performance metrics
  • Plan and manage budgets, forecasts, and sales targets
  • Maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
  • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution of sales activities
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs
  • Ensure timely reporting and effective communication across teams
