Key Responsibilities:

1. Customer Service: Greet customers with a friendly and welcoming attitude. Assist customers in ticket booking, seat allocation, and movie information. Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly and professionally.

2. Concessions Handling :Manage the counter operations, including food and beverage sales. Ensure proper handling, packaging, and serving of food items. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene at the counters.

3. Auditorium Operations: Guide guests to their respective seats.

Monitor and maintain cleanliness in the auditorium before and after shows.

4. Cash Handling: Operate billing systems for ticket and concession sales.

Handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly.

5. Adherence to Standards:

Follow company policies and procedures to ensure quality service.

Assist in managing crowd control during peak hours.

Requirements: Educational Qualification: Minimum 12th pass (freshers are welcome).

Age Limit: 18-25 years old

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
