Job Summary

A CNC Operator is responsible for operating and maintaining CNC machines to produce precision parts according to technical drawings and specifications. The role ensures high-quality production, accuracy, and efficiency in manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Machine Operation
  Operate CNC machines (lathe, milling, drilling) to manufacture parts.
• Setup & Calibration
  Set up tools, load materials, and adjust machine settings before production.
• Reading Drawings
  Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work instructions.
• Quality Inspection
  Measure finished products using instruments like vernier calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
• Machine Maintenance
  Perform basic maintenance and cleaning of CNC machines.
• Troubleshooting
  Identify and resolve minor machine or production issues.
• Documentation
  Maintain production logs and quality reports.

Required Skills

• Basic knowledge of CNC programming (G-code, M-code)
• Ability to read engineering drawings
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Mechanical aptitude
• Problem-solving skills

• Requirements:

  ·         1. Minimum high school pass required

  ·         2. Age limit is 18 yrs to 30 yrs

  ·         3. Candidate should have a valid Aadhar card

  ·          

  ·         Salary Details:

  ·         Basic salary:                    11313/- Rupees per month for 8 hours/day working

  ·         PF deduction @ 12%:       -1358/- Rupees (It will be deposited in their PF account + the same amount from Employer side also)

  ·         ESIC deduction @0.75%: -85/- Rupees (For free medical benefit of employee and his family)

  ·         salary:                              9871/- Rupees

  ·         Attendance reward:            1000/- Rupees (If employee worked for a month without any

  ·         leave (26-27 days))

  ·         In hand salary:                  10871/-
