Job Description:
We are hiring Customer Support Executives for the CMHL Process. The role involves handling customer queries, providing accurate information, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and/or outbound customer calls.
- Resolve customer queries in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide accurate information regarding products and services.
- Maintain proper records of customer interactions.
- Follow company policies and process guidelines.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and build positive relationships.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate.
- Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
