Tata Motors Limited is inviting applications for Diploma Apprenticeship Training (NATS) for the 2024/2025 batches.

Job Location: Tata motors Ltd, Pantnagar, US nagar, Uttrakhand 

Key responsibilities -

1. *Shop Floor Training* - Learn and support daily production line operations
2. *Safety & 5S* - Follow PPE, safety norms, and maintain 5S on shop floor
3. *Quality* - Follow SOPs/Work Instructions to ensure defect-free output
4. *Skill Development* - Complete OJT, technical training, and maintain daily logbook
5. *Discipline* - Maintain attendance, punctuality, and adhere to company policies
6. *Team Work* - Support supervisor/team and contribute kaizen/improvement ideas

*Eligibility criteria:*

Age: 18–23 years (as of 01.06.2026).

Education: 10th Pass (60%+) with English, Maths, & Science (Min. 35% each).

Diploma: 60% aggregate from an AICTE-approved institute.

Year of Passing: 2024 or 2025 

Backlogs: Max 2 allowed during the course.

Restriction: Must not have been previously enrolled in an apprenticeship.

Stipend & Perks

Gross Stipend: Rs 16,000/- per month.

Canteen: Rs 20/- per month (Subsidized).

Safety Kit: 2 sets of Uniform, Safety Shoes, and all required PPE provided.
