Job Description:
Ayodhya Enterprise & Job Placement is hiring a dynamic and experienced District Operations Manager for managing manpower supply operations. The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end workforce management, client coordination, and ensuring timely deployment of manpower as per organizational and client requirements within the district.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage complete manpower supply operations at the district level
  • Coordinate with clients to understand workforce requirements and ensure timely fulfillment
  • Plan, recruit, and deploy suitable candidates for different job roles
  • Supervise field coordinators and recruitment teams
  • Maintain proper database of candidates and workforce records
  • Ensure attendance, payroll coordination, and workforce discipline
  • Monitor productivity and performance of deployed manpower
  • Handle client queries, complaints, and provide quick resolutions
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations
  • Prepare daily/weekly/monthly operational reports

Required Qualifications:

  • Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred)
  • 0–0.5 years of experience in manpower supply, recruitment, or operations
  • Strong leadership and team handling skills
  • Good communication and client management abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Word, reporting tools)

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in staffing or placement consultancy
  • Strong networking and candidate sourcing ability
  • Problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Willingness to travel within the district
