Job Title: Technician (Electrical)

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Technician to manage electrical installations, maintenance, and troubleshooting to ensure smooth operations across the property.

Key Responsibilities:

Electrical Work:

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures
• Handle internal wiring for ceilings, lighting, panels, and equipment
• Ensure proper functioning of switches, sockets, and Distribution Boards (DBs)

Lighting & Fixtures:

• Install and repair ceiling lights, decorative lighting, and LED systems
• Replace faulty bulbs, tubes, and electrical fittings
• Maintain lighting across operational areas, offices, and public spaces

Maintenance & Troubleshooting:

• Identify electrical faults and resolve breakdowns promptly
• Conduct routine inspections of electrical systems
• Perform preventive maintenance of panels, wiring, and equipment

Equipment Handling:

• Maintain electrical systems for operational equipment and office utilities
• Ensure proper load distribution and prevent overloads
• Assist in installation and setup of new electrical equipment

Requirements:

• ITI / Diploma in Electrical or relevant field
• 1–3 years of experience (hospitality experience preferred)
• Strong troubleshooting skills and safety awareness
• Ability to work in shifts if required
