Job Description

"DELHIVERY"

Manage daily delivery center operations including inbound, sorting, and dispatch activities.
Supervise warehouse staff and delivery executives to ensure smooth workflow.
Monitor shipment processing to meet TAT and ensure timely dispatch.
Track performance metrics and maintain MIS reports for operations.
Handle operational issues, escalations, and coordinate with internal teams.
Ensure adherence to SOPs, safety standards, and maintain operational accuracy.
