Job Summary:

We are seeking a disciplined and detail-oriented Executive to support day-to-day bakery operations at Bakingo, Kolkata. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth store functioning, maintaining product quality standards, and delivering an efficient customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily bakery operations, ensuring adherence to company SOPs.
• Coordinate order processing, packaging, and timely dispatch of bakery products.
• Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards as per guidelines.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist in stock management .
• Support the team in achieving daily sales and operational targets.
• Ensure proper display and presentation of bakery items.
• Work collaboratively with kitchen and delivery teams for seamless execution.

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: 12th pass or Graduate.
• Basic understanding of customer service and store management.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure.
• Good communication skills and a responsible attitude.
• Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
