Job Summary:

Bakingo is looking for a highly responsible and process-driven Executive to oversee and support bakery operations in Gurugram. The role demands operational discipline, adherence to quality benchmarks, and a strong focus on customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute daily store and bakery operations in compliance with established SOPs and quality standards.
• Supervise order handling, packaging, and dispatch to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Maintain stringent hygiene, sanitation, and food safety protocols.
• Monitor inventory, minimize wastage, and ensure optimal stock availability.
• Address customer interactions and concerns with professionalism and efficiency.
• Ensure visual merchandising and product presentation meet brand standards.
• Coordinate effectively with kitchen, logistics, and support teams.
• Contribute towards achieving operational efficiency and sales targets.

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: 12th pass or Graduate.
• 0–2 years of experience in bakery,
• Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexibility to work in rotational shifts, including weekends and holiday
