🔹 **Role:** Customer Service Executive (Inbound/Outbound)
🔹 **Experience:** 0-1year in contact center (Inbound)
🔹 **Qualification:** Graduate preferred / HSC with relevant experience + 1year experiance in BPO
🔹 **Languages:** English (Mandatory), Marathi & Hindi
🔹 **Typing Speed:** Minimum 28 WPM
💼 **Key Responsibilities:**
* Handle customer queries, complaints & service requests
* Deliver professional and timely resolutions
* Work on CRM tools (Salesforce/SAP)
* Maintain accurate call logs and reports
