Role Overview

• Work on advanced AI training and evaluation projects
• Review AI-generated responses in Hindi and English
• Create high-quality bilingual language and localization content
• Evaluate reasoning, accuracy, and structured problem-solving in outputs

Key Responsibilities

• Review AI-generated content for:
  • Clarity, correctness, and prompt adherence
• Identify errors in:
  • Methodology, reasoning, and conceptual understanding
• Fact-check information and ensure accuracy
• Write detailed explanations and model solutions
• Compare and rank multiple AI-generated responses
• Apply senior-level Hindi localization expertise
• Ensure consistency in:
  • Terminology, tone, and cultural nuance
• Improve AI model performance, reliability, and clarity
• Detect inaccuracies, inconsistencies, and biases
• Create structured prompts and responses for training

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in:
  • Translation / Linguistics / Localization / Communications or related field
• Native or near-native Hindi proficiency
• Minimum C1 level English proficiency
• 5+ years of professional experience in translation or localization

Technical & Professional Skills

• Strong understanding of:
  • MQM (Multidimensional Quality Metrics)
  • LQA (Linguistic Quality Assessment) frameworks
• Experience in:
  • Error classification and quality evaluation
• Proficiency with:
  • CAT tools (Computer-Assisted Translation tools)
  • Translation memory systems
  • QA workflows
• Strong editorial judgment with attention to:
  • Tone, inclusivity, and cultural accuracy
• Ability to:
  • Rigorously fact-check content
  • Work in structured, guideline-driven environments

Additional Requirements

• Excellent writing and communication skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote, flexible environment
• Strong attention to linguistic detail and consistency

Preferred (Good to Have)

• Experience in:
  • AI data training, annotation, or evaluation
• Exposure to multilingual AI content workflows
