Role Overview

• Work on advanced AI data training and evaluation projects
• Review AI-generated Ruby and Ruby on Rails code
• Develop high-quality solutions with clear technical reasoning

Key Responsibilities

• Review AI-generated Ruby/Rails code for:
  • Readability, maintainability, and correctness
• Identify issues in:
  • MVC architecture, domain modeling, and control flow
• Evaluate logic, structure, and best practices
• Create expert-level explanations and model solutions
• Apply idiomatic Ruby and Rails standards
• Compare and rank multiple AI-generated responses
• Fact-check technical content for accuracy
• Improve AI model performance, clarity, and reliability
• Create structured prompts and responses for training
• Detect inconsistencies, errors, and biases

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
• 1–2+ years of professional experience in Ruby development

Technical Skills

• Strong knowledge of:
  • Ruby programming and Ruby on Rails
  • MVC architecture and scalable application design
• Experience in:
  • Building and maintaining Ruby/Rails applications
  • Working with models, controllers, and service layers
• Familiarity with:
  • AI coding assistants / large language models
  • Code quality evaluation and best practices

Additional Requirements

• Excellent English writing and communication skills
• Strong analytical and code review abilities
• Detail-oriented and structured approach

Preferred (Good to Have)

• Experience with:
  • Frameworks/tools like Ruby on Rails, Sinatra, RSpec
• Knowledge of:
  • Metaprogramming, Test-Driven Development (TDD)
• Open-source contributions or competitive programming
• Experience in:
  • AI data training or annotation
  • Large-scale code review
  • Evaluating AI-generated technical content
