Role Overview

• Work on advanced AI data training and evaluation projects
• Review AI-generated C code, system designs, and technical explanations
• Develop reference implementations and detailed technical solutions

Key Responsibilities

• Review and validate AI-generated C code for:
  • Accuracy, clarity, and safety
  • Logic, memory management, concurrency, and performance
• Identify bugs, inefficiencies, and undefined behavior
• Create high-quality reference code and detailed explanations
• Compare, evaluate, and rank multiple AI-generated responses
• Fact-check technical content for correctness
• Ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices
• Contribute to improving AI model performance and reliability
• Develop structured prompts and responses for AI training
• Detect inaccuracies, inconsistencies, and biases in outputs

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in:
  • Computer Science / Electrical Engineering / Computer Engineering / related field
• Minimum 4+ years experience in C programming (production-level software)

Technical Skills

• Strong expertise in:
  • Pointers, memory management, undefined behavior
  • Low-level debugging and performance optimization
• Knowledge of:
  • Systems programming, concurrency, operating systems
  • Hardware interaction and embedded systems
• Hands-on experience with:
  • Build systems, compilers, linkers
  • Debugging tools
  • Version control (e.g., Git)
  • CI/CD pipelines and automated testing

Additional Requirements

• Excellent English communication skills
• Strong code review experience and attention to detail
• Ability to identify subtle low-level issues systematically

Preferred (Good to Have)

• Experience in:
  • AI data training, annotation, or evaluation
  • Reviewing AI-generated technical content
