Role Overview:

• Work on AI data training and evaluation projects

• Review AI-generated C++ code, system designs, and technical explanations

• Develop high-quality reference implementations and solutions

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate AI-generated outputs for accuracy, clarity, safety, and requirements compliance

• Identify issues in logic, memory management, concurrency, and performance

• Perform fact-checking and ensure technical correctness

• Write clear explanations and model solutions using modern C++ best practices

• Compare and rank multiple AI responses to improve model performance

• Contribute to AI training content (prompts and responses)

• Detect inaccuracies, biases, and inconsistencies in AI outputs

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

• Minimum 4+ years of experience in C++ development (production-level)

• Strong expertise in modern C++ (C++11 and above)

• Knowledge of templates, STL, smart pointers, and move semantics

Technical Skills:

• Strong understanding of systems programming concepts

• Experience with concurrency, OS, memory management, and performance optimization

• Hands-on experience with compilers, debuggers, linkers, and profiling tools

• Familiarity with version control, CI/CD pipelines, and testing frameworks

Additional Requirements:

• Excellent English communication skills

• Strong code review experience

• Detail-oriented with ability to detect subtle issues

• Experience in AI training/annotation (preferred but not mandatory)
