Key Responsibilities & Job Functions

• Gold Appraisal: Performing technical purity checks (acid tests, electronic testing) to ensure accurate, fraudulent-free, carat gold valuation.
• Loan Operations: Processing loan documentation, initiating disbursements, handling renewals, and managing customer transactions like cash and NEFT.
• Customer Service: Managing customer queries, explaining loan terms, and ensuring a smooth, transparent lending experience.
• Compliance & Audit: Adhering strictly to KYC, safety guidelines, and SOPs for handling and storing gold to reduce discrepancies.
• Portfolio Management: Driving growth through sourcing, renewing, and conducting follow-ups for overdue or non-performing asset (NPA) cases.
• Branch Support: Supporting branch teams with inventory maintenance and safe custody of pledged gold.
